Responsibilities: phone contact with candidates, conducting recruitment interviews by phone or video call, providing candidates with basic information about available job offers, entering interview results and candidate information into the system, updating candidate statuses. The work is performed entirely remotely, from Monday to Friday, during 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Polish time. Requirements: experience in recruitment or phone support for candidates, very good knowledge of Polish, communicative knowledge of English, own computer and stable internet connection, good work organization, communication skills, and independence.

We have a website that works and brings in some clients, but we are interested in advertising and promotion on Instagram (based on experience, most responses have come from there).
