При этом, нам очень важно, что бы предыдущий функционал/фичи/правки остались. Поэтому, мы хотим, что бы новая версия была загружена на тестовый домен, после, нам нужно будет своей командой протестировать полностью весь функционал (многие аспекты, сравнивая с основным сервером). На тестирование будет отведено 3 недели. После чего будет составлено ряд ТЗ с правками с подальшей реализацией с вашей стороны. Во время реализации правок могут быть составлены еще правки и правки правок (т.е. хотим отловить максимальное количество недочетов и сразу пофиксить). После согласования всех нюансов, нужно будет внедрить оттестированную обновленную CMS на основной домен.
Для всех работ закдючаетя договор и оплаты идут по безналу.

Вы опенкарт в глаза видели? Его нельзя обновить с 1.5 до 3. Можно только поставить версию 3 и по-новой делать весь функционал, который был на версии 1.5 😉
