Hello,
I would like to upgrade my online shop which runs on opencart. I'm Polish and we can communicate in Polish or English. Below is information about what I have and what I need. I am flexible and open to suggestions, but I am looking for somebody with good and proven experience with opencart and SQL/php.

I currently have opencart Version 3.0.2.0, with Journal v 2.16.8. but I would like to install Opencart 3.0.4.0 but with a different theme. Initially, I was planning to have POCO or Ronixa theme, but I was advised against using drag and drop themes because SEO issues they may cause. I would like to have a clean and modern theme, which doesn't affect core opencart files.

I want to keep current customers’ details, previous orders history, passwords, etc. My shop runs on php 5.6, so it would need to be upgraded.

Tasks:

Migration of data (products, customers, orders, etc.)
SEO and speed optimised
Colors adapted to the color scheme I provide
Sticky top menu (both on pc and mobile)
In a mobile view to have 2 products in 1 row displayed, or to have a smaller than normal picture of the product on the left, and bulletpoint description on the right - like on this shopify website https://www.rcgeeks.co.uk/#).
I have a few extensions which I would like to keep (or purchase), and they are all compatible with 3.0.4.0 so should work fine, but may need checking after installations.
Blog or news section
Responsive slider - banner on the main page which automatically change slides.
Where the price is reduced, in addition to the crossed price, I would like to have in top right corner “minus followed by how much the product is reduced and %”, for example: “-15%”
Add to cart button visible on products’ listings as well in the description,
to have -/+ signs around the qty number (this can be only in the product’s description page and checkout/basket)
To disable from the view: wish list, add to compare, compare products, reward points, viewed, product filter.
In the product’s listing view, at the bottom in horizontal view, to have either “also bought together” (https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=15378) , or “related products” horizontal tab. it would be good to have “also bought together” at the checkout.
After displayed prices, I want to have added “ex.” , for example: £45.50 ex.
On the main page, to have the “bestsellers”, “featured”, “new arrivals”, and to have 2 rows of products there. Similar like it is on www.ukdentistry.co.uk
When the product’s description is long, to have it displayed a certain amount of characters or a half page, with a visible button “show more” which would expand the rest of the description (example: https://demo.pocotheme.com/6/test )
I have 3 main categories of products, with 3 banners on the main page. I would like to either keep 3 or have the 4^th one (whichever looks better). The main page’s view should show the responsive slider-banner and those 3-4 main category banners in full view. Additionally, part of the “bestsellers”, “featured”, “new arrivals”, tab can also be visible. But I want to maximise the first page view of products, so not only the banner-slider was visible.

This is as accurate a description as I can do. If you have any questions, please let me know. I am not in a hurry, but it would be good if the project was done in around 3 weeks from the date of choosing the freelancer.

yes, as per project description, I don't want to use Journal template anymore. either to use a clean template as a base, or to do it from scratch. In 2-3 days I will have time to check the proposals and to choose someone to do the project. thanks for your question.
