We are looking for a responsible and attentive person who will work with clients on the marketplaces Rozetka, Epicenter, Kasta, Prom.
Currently:
- Before the New Year, we sold drop-shipped products, now we are transitioning to selling only our own products.
- A batch of products has already been purchased, listings are being added, calls will start coming in soon — approximately 20 orders per day.
- Main tasks: handling calls and chats, resolving issues with problematic orders, returns, etc.
Requirements:
- Be available at the required times and respond quickly to customer inquiries.
- Not just an operator, but a manager who can resolve complex situations and find solutions.
- Ideally: monitor the market, products, trends, and everything related to the store and assortment.
- Responsibility, attentiveness, and a desire to grow in e-commerce.
