Честно сказать я несколько растерялся, вы кидаете файл весом в 2 гига и расчитываете найти ответ? Например мой сервер ошибкой импорт БД завершает, толком и не начав собственно. Открывать 2х гиговый файл для поиска проблемной строки вообще как-то не айс. Вы не могли вообще весь бекап сервера в архив засунуть? Желательно один, внутри другого?

Ну я вам так скажу, ипорт сделайте нормально, чтоб БД нормально "жрала" ваш файл, попробовала на 5 версиях MySQL, и везде ругается на TRANSACTIONAL=0

Да и вообще, на себя посмотрте сначала, не способны даже экспорт БД нормально произвести, зато на меня как набросились.

Да и вообще, по умолчанию, такие вещи как "TRANSACTIONAL" в экспорт не попадают, если не указаны явно. Учитывая что там "TRANSACTIONAL=0", то это ВЫ НЕ ТУПИТЕ.... ну и руки выпрямьте чтоль...

Надо базу на партишены рубить. Индексы хоть на всех полях по которым join есть?

Можно делать не join а разбить на подзапросы. И зачем дистинкт id если id уникальные
