Бачу, що час від часу обліковий запис виходить за виділені йому ліміти.
1. Переглянути плагіни, що використовуються. Видалити ті, що не використовуються, бо навіть їх CMS може "перебирати" під час обробки запиту, цим підвищуючи навантаження.

В першу чергу виконайте оптимізацію за пунктами 2 і 3.
Судячи із снапшотів, саме процеси admin-ajax.php (дії у адмін. панелі) та wp-cron.php (крон завдання у адмін. панелі) займають більшість ресурсів CPU.
Так же интересуют такие правки:
1. На странице thank you после совершения заказа иногда показывается текст с информацией об внесенных данных, а иногда нет. Нужно сделать так чтоб всегда показывались ФИО, номер телефона, адрес новой почты. Дам скрины.
2. В теме WoodMart на странице категорий товаров если выбрать показывать и подкатегории, и товары. То сразу после квадратных категорий в той же строке идут прямоугольные фото, выглядит некрасиво. Нужно сделать чтоб товары просто начинались с новой строки.
3. Хотим изменить главное меню сайта, нужно проконсультировать что можно сделать. Сейчас стоит полноэкранное меню темы, но оно не нравится внешне. Скорее всего, нужно будет менять CSS чтоб сместить его, изменить визуально.
4. Было бы здорово проконсультировать по возможным способам интеграции WooCommerce с Google Sheets. Задача добавлять данные в нашу таблицу в определенные колонки, не всё подряд. Сейчас настроено через https://advancedformintegration.com/, но есть некоторые вещи которые не работают. Например кидается размер только последнего товара. Или если у товара несколько атрибутов (цвет и размер) оно тоже не кидается. Это опционально, исключительно если есть опыт.
Проект можно разделить на 2 разных если вы занимаетесь только оптимизацией или наоборот. В приоритете сейчас оптимизировать сайт.
