We need to attract contacts of decision-makers (business owners, managers, directors) with whom our sales department will further work. What needs to be done: Develop a strategy and propose optimal B2B funnels for our niche. Create/prepare advertising creatives (the format of interaction and the area of responsibility regarding visuals will be discussed individually). Set up, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. Conduct analytics (weekly reporting calls of 15–20 minutes to analyze metrics and creatives). Requirements: Experience in the B2B segment or with expensive services/products (understanding that a lead does not buy immediately). Ability to work for results (the main KPI is quality targeted applications, not just clicks). Availability of a portfolio with lead generation case studies. Test Task for Response (Mandatory): We are looking for an interested specialist for the long term, so the selection is done in several stages. Template responses will not be considered. We are looking for an experienced targetologist in the niche of the information sphere / consulting.Product: An informational and consulting course (educational material/guide) for people who are going through a divorce, interested in topics of preserving or ending relationships, child custody rights, and property division in marriage. We need a specialist who knows how to promote expert content and info products, understands warming funnels, and will not repeat this mistake. Statistics from previous launches (tests at ~$360): Attached to the project is a complete raw report in CSV format. In short, the numbers look like this: Campaigns for "Page Views": Provided cheap clicks ($0.03–$0.05), but zero conversions, as the audience went to look for legal services, not a course. Campaigns for "Begin Checkout": Showed a catastrophically high price for an intermediate action — from $23 to $53 for just starting to fill out the form. Two campaigns for the site from 27.05 and 08.06: Overall wasted about $127 without fixing clear results. Audience targeted: Only women, aged 24–50, across Ukraine (interests + automatic Meta Advantage audience). The male audience and topics of property division/alimony were not segmented separately.

We are interested in publishing posts we have already created on subreddits. The post can have one of three formats, each of which involves different placements of links. 1. A post with the target keyword in the title + 2–3 mentions of the brand in the text of the post with links. 2. A publication with the target keyword in the title + the first comment under the publication with 2–3 mentions of the brand with links. 3. A publication with the required keyword in the title + a thread with 3 comments mentioning the brand, with links. We prefer publications in German and Italian, although we are open to considering other suitable formats.

Summary We're not looking for someone to "manage social media." We're looking for someone who can build a brand. We're a modern boutique apartment hotel in Limassol, Cyprus — a stylish place that feels more like home than a hotel. Our guests are business travellers, digital nomads, couples and families. Our goal is to become one of the most recognizable boutique hospitality brands in Cyprus through outstanding visual storytelling. The role is fully remote. We already have professional photo and video shoots done, and we'll provide you with a full creative gallery and raw materials to work from. We've split the work into two stages. **Stage 1 — Setup & Foundation (defined project)** Get all our channels into a strong, consistent, professional starting point: - Create and configure a new TikTok profile from scratch - Take over our existing Instagram account, restructure and optimise the profile (bio, highlights, pinned posts, grid layout) - Set up / clean up our Facebook page so it's consistent with the rest - Define the visual concept, brand style and tone of voice across all channels - Establish content pillars and a content calendar framework - Produce an initial batch of content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels) using our existing materials - Hand over a clear brand and content guideline we can build on **Stage 2 — Ongoing Management (monthly, if Stage 1 goes well)** - Plan and manage the ongoing content calendar - Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and carousel posts - Develop lifestyle content that sells emotion, not rooms - Write captions that feel authentic, not promotional - Spot trends early and adapt them to the brand - Organise and remotely direct future photo & video shoots; coordinate local creators/photographers - Work with management on campaigns, special offers and seasonal content - Track performance and continuously improve results We'll start with Stage 1 as a defined project.
