The product is aimed at network customers, Telegram/Viber users, potential job candidates, and clients who want to quickly leave feedback or obtain information. Successful outcome: the main menu works, location search, location card, route, club card, logic 18+, feedback, applications, integration with Google Sheets, return to menu, no looping, Ukrainian language, and provided instructions for bot support.

Process efficiency (workload of posts, sales of managers). Who I'm looking for: A person with experience in web analytics and building reports specifically for the real sector (services, retail, ideally — auto services). You should understand the difference between turnover and margin and be able to communicate with 1C specialists in the same language.
