Можно создать парсер в виде десктопного приложения, или же разместить его на удалённом сервере, осуществляя управление через удобный веб-интерфейс. Последний вариант более функционален и удобен, но потребует доп.время и средства на разработку.

    Не подскажите, парсер будет работать на сервере или это десктопное приложение? Парсить по определенной тематике, я так понимаю, но в каком формате хотите видеть данные, БД или просто файл?
