Добрый день. Пишите, обсудим все детали. Опыт c# более 7 лет. Имеется огромный опыт в написании парсеров. Правильно понимаю, что парсер желательно делать в виде веб приложения, что бы в дальнейшем осуществить 2-5 этапы? Если да, могу написать на asp net mvc + ms sql server.
