We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Admin Assistant to support our HVAC company. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client and vendor communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills to facilitate smooth operations. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home. If you have experience in administrative support and are familiar with HVAC industry practices, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable speaking with clients or vendors in English over the phone and be available to respond during California business hours (9 AM – 3 PM PST). Expected workload is ~20 hours per week, paid hourly.
