I propose to carry out the work in stages:

1. Audit of the current email infrastructure
I will check the domains, DNS records, current mailboxes, POP3 clients, archive sizes, email routing, existing SPF/DKIM/DMARC/PTR, and reasons for emails landing in spam.

2. Design of the target architecture
I will propose a scheme where corporate email operates separately via IMAP/webmail, system messages from 1C/B2B/CRM go through a separate SMTP relay or subdomain, and marketing newsletters are handled by Brevo/Mailjet.

3. Configuration of the mail server
I can work with Postfix/Dovecot, iRedMail, Mailcow, Zimbra/Carbonio, or similar solutions. For this project, I would consider Mailcow or iRedMail as practical options, depending on the number of users, administration requirements, server resources, and desired level of control.

4. Security and deliverability setup
I will configure SSL, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR, correct MX records, and separate subdomains for system and marketing emails. I will also prepare recommendations for domain warming, IP/domain reputation, and reducing the chances of emails landing in spam.

5. Migration from POP3 to IMAP
I will organize the transfer of email archives, check the folder structure, assist in transitioning users to IMAP, and prepare instructions for setting up email on PCs, phones, and webmail.

6. Configuration of Brevo/Mailjet
I will connect the service for marketing newsletters, set up domain authentication, templates, unsubscribe options, basic analytics, and recommendations for database segmentation.

On my part, I can handle the technical aspects: audit, architecture, server, DNS, SSL, IMAP, webmail, SMTP relay, deliverability, migration, and documentation for IT/users.
