Переход Magento1 - Magento2

Пишу вам из Эстонии. Это пока не заказ работы. Скорее запрос на разъяснение ситуации для начала и ожидание от вас предложения или вообще ответа о возможном сотрудничестве.
Коротко о нас: У нас несколько интернет-магазинов. Продажа бытовой техники. Они на платформе Магенто версия 1.9.4.3.
Единая база данных, но разные сайты (доменные имена), с разным дизайном, концепцией. Один из них работает на Финляндию. В настоящий момент мы находимся на пороге перемен что делать дальше. Понимаем, что переход на Магенто 2 неизбежен. Сейчас взвешиваем либо вообще уход с Магенто, либо переход. Если про переход, то по вашему профилю видно, что вы это предлагаете и делали. Вопросы: необходимо всё делать с нуля? Я имею ввиду платёжные системы, баннерные, СЕО, почтовые аппараты, отдельные разработки не Магенто с формулами по доставке, установке товара, лизинговые модули, Mailchimp, соединение с ФБ и гоогле, 1с, сторонние XML загрузки товаров с описаниями, онлайн чат и другое. Перенос базы данных товаров, каталога, картинок и цен я так понимаю не критичный вопрос, а как со всем остальным? Также я понимаю, что есть у Магенто две разных платформы? Одним словом, какие у нас есть возможности и что вы можете сказать, предложить? Заранее спасибо за любой ответ.
Бюджет и сроки пока поставила с потолка. Понимаю, что не реалистично. Поэтому жду Ваших предложений или вопросов.
