This challenge is for anyone who wants to awaken their blissful side. So what are you waiting for? Its time to bring greater vitality on to your mat and into your everyday activities.

Day 3:

Mystic Yoga of Relaxation

Awaken to a state of relaxation and stress release.

The 3rd day of the Oneness Yoga Challenge is all about activating the Manipura chakra and manifesting courage and experience a deep sense of relaxation and stress release. As always, be sure to focus on your breath and stay present in the moment.

Day 4:

Mystic Yoga of Love

Awaken to blissful love.

The 4th day of the Oneness Yoga Challenge is all about activating your anahata chakra. Bring greater love to your body on your mat and greater care for living beings. Today, you are going to be channelizing the energies of the anahata chakra or the heart chakra into your Yogasanas. This will help you connect more deeply with yourself and others, and open up pathways to blissful states of consciousness. So come join us on the mat as we journey together towards greater awakening!

Mystic Yoga of Flow

Awaken to a state of flow.

Today is day 5 of the Oneness Yoga Challenge! Today you will be concentrating on your Vishuddhi Chakra and channeling the Vishuddhi energy of flow into your yoga practice which will help you live more peacefully and harmoniously. It's a magnificent state of living. A mere enlightened way of living.

Day 6:

Mystic Yoga of Witness

Awaken to witness consciousness.

Today is the 6th day of the Oneness Yoga Challenge and this day is to activate the Ajna chakra. The Ajna chakra, also known as the third eye chakra, is responsible for our ability to see beyond physical reality into spiritual realms. This chakra is also responsible for our intuition and wisdom. By bringing greater awareness to this chakra, we can experience bliss in every movement and moment of stillness. Get ready to experience glimpses of witness consciousness.

Mystic Yoga of Oneness

Awaken to bliss, enlightenment & oneness.

Today is the final day of the oneness yoga challenge 2022! And what a journey it has been! We have explored all 7 chakras and drawn from their power to help us find balance in our lives. Today, we will be focusing on the Sahasrara Chakra or the Crown Chakra, which is located at the top of our head. This chakra is associated with bliss, enlightenment, and oneness.
