Перенос Ruby API с heroku

Есть Проект Ruby API размещенный на heroku.
Задача:
Перенести и развернуть API с сохранением и переносом текущей БД (pg) на русский хостинг (reg.ru, timeweb или др. обоснованное решение). Реализовать ежедневное резервное копирование БД.
Условия выполнения: Мы связываемся по скайпу, включаем трансляцию экрана, и Вы берете на себя роль Оператора, а я становлюсь Манипулятором. Вы говорите что и как делать., я делаю.

Ага, интересный вид работ. Прямо так и видно настройку сервера нового через скайп. А потом еще окажется что у вас рабочий компьютер на Windows, которым вы хотите "переносить". А учитывая что проект по хорошему на хероку в виде деплоя, то переносить надо из репы, где он лежит. В общем подпишусь на комментарии, может кто еще чего интересного напишет.
