Transfer of software from Win 10 to Win 11
There is old software DigiLock, developed by a Chinese manufacturer for programming access cards for hotel door locks. It is currently installed on an old PC in fully operational condition, meaning it allows programming cards through an encoder connected via USB port.
After installation on a new PC (with Win11), during the first programming, the system prompts for a special master card. In the instructions, it is referred to as the Special TEMIC card. We do not have such a card available and have never had one. The Chinese manufacturer has long changed their profile and cannot assist, and the Ukrainian seller/supplier has not dealt with these locks for over 5 years, lost this card, and no one else has it. However, about 3 years ago, a specialist from the Ukrainian supplier was able to successfully transfer this software to a new PC and even created some kind of clone card. Currently, there is no contact with that programmer, and the clone card cannot be used according to the instructions.
The main task: to make DigiLock program cards on the new PC based on Win11.
The secondary task (if possible): to create a simple transfer package for the DigiLock program that the user could independently install on any PC without the master card.
