I am looking for a specialist in selecting photo and video content on a permanent basis.
You need to select photo and video fragments from YouTube (under certain conditions that will be discussed during cooperation, without violating copyright) based on a ready-made script in English that will be provided to you, from services such as Pixabay and Pexels, from news and educational resources, and add links to the selected materials in the provided script, as shown in the attached example file below.
For example, if the topic is the Pyramids, you insert material for each phrase about them, alternating photos and videos. If there is no material on this topic/subject, you select the most similar footage or films in meaning.
A basic knowledge of English will help in the work, although a translator can also be used. In the archive, the file "Original File" is a segment of the ready-made script that is provided to you. The folder "Ready File" is a fragment of the complete set of photo and video materials for the written script that needs to be assembled. One script is about 1,800 - 2,500 words.
Please read the assignment carefully. There is not enough time to explain the same thing every time.
You just need to follow a few rules. Ask if something is unclear.
It is DESIRABLE for the performer to be experienced and have previously completed similar work.
The material is in ENGLISH, understanding the essence is a NECESSITY.
You also need to understand what TIMING is, copyright, footage, how to indicate timing, how to save photos, how to select a fragment from a movie, and so on...

120 words is approximately 10 lines of text.
120 words is about 22-25 seconds of speech (voicing this text)
So = 25 sec / 5 sec (since the picture or video should last no more than 5 sec) = 5 inserts.
In other words, to explain it very simply, for each phrase OF 9-10 words, you need to insert material, not for a paragraph, but for every 9-10 words. For each word - it is not necessary, you can have 2 materials for 9-10 words if something really fits in meaning, no more is needed.
Please do not take materials from popular bloggers, do not take from globally known news channels like Discovery, BBC, and so on. Do not take from any channels with more than 20,000 subscribers. And do not take videos where the bloggers themselves show something and talk, where their faces are looking at the camera.
