2. Сейчас возможность вести переписку с пользователями бот бота от имени админа не работает. Нужно высылать сообщения только с личного профиля.
3. Чатбот есть в архиве, предоставлю по требованию.
4. Нужно оперативно решить проблему - устранить ошибку, перезалить бота на хостинг и протестировать
