Fix the push notification in the app
Good evening!
The situation is as follows: a year and a half ago, I ordered a news application through a freelancer. Nothing special: a news feed with photos, a like function, and comments. There is also a unified time and a function to forward news to the admin.
The application works, it is used, and it is available in the Google Play Market and Apple Store.
It can be easily found by searching for "GoldstadtAktuell".
A problem has arisen in that the push notifications in the application have stopped working. This is not liked by users.
The developer of this function, as it turned out, no longer works with the group from which I ordered the application, so I was advised to find a specialist separately.
My problem is that I absolutely do not understand all of this and can only say that the Backend of the application uses Django/Python + FastAPI, and the frontend is written in Flutter.
I am looking for a person or a team that is capable not only of figuring out the push notification issue but also of jointly requesting the login data for the server and systems from the old developers with me. Since the team did everything themselves and provided me with a ready-made product. Fortunately, the old team promised to introduce the new developer to the matter.
At the same time, if such a situation arises, it would be good to find a team or a person who is capable of taking over the technical support and further development of the application and the admin panel. The application and the admin panel are in German, but this should not be a problem, as everything was done by Ukrainian developers.
