это разные протоколы, разные порты, все разное. -
гы))) я специально 3-й скриншот приложил, чтобы такие вопросы не писали. там где синяя штучка на фото. вот это фото находится на фтп, а по ссылке хттп его можно в браузере посмотреть. точно такой принцип при работе с фотографиями на сайте. они лежат в фтп папке, а видно их по хттп

может не совсем корректно выразился в задаче. возможно кроме фтп нужно еще что-то поднимать. чтобы работала схема: по фтп помещаем файл, а по чем-то другом получаем хттп ссылку на этот же файл и ее используем. я не знаю как это должно работать. поэтому и сделал задание. смысл сохранять файлы под фтп и иметь ссылку на просмотр по хттп
