Это таблица учета деятельности экскурсионной компании. 1) Первый блок это расходы на зарплату и хоз расходы деятельности покупки ремонты. Тут нужно настроить формулу что бы сбоку от блока высвечивалась сумма общих расходом ну и когда добавляешь новую цифру в графу там автоматически перерасчитывалась . 2) Второй блок это расходы на рекламу ( там тоже самое) 3) Третий блок сложнее там список экскурсионных точек которые мы берем в аренду ( там есть уже забронированные это первые 4 позиции и есть которые предполоагаемые они аукционные выиграем их или нет не известно но просчитать экономику предполагаемых расходом все равно нужно . Там есть сумма 30000 это первоначальный взнос для участия в аукционе И будет конечная сумма пока неизвестная нужно эти графы в таблице учесть что бы можно было вписать потом нужные цифры, так же нужно как то по цветам выделить оплаченные и не оплаченные или как то иначе что бы выбор видно где деньги уже заплачены а где только предстоит заплатить но нужно видеть в каком месяце и какую сумму. На данные момент оплачены только 600000 р точки Дивноморское (их там 6 точек они ниже расписаны) получается можно разделить 600000 на 6 и написать к каждому адресу сразу цену аренды. Ну и ниже общий расчет ИТОГ расходов всех , и итог доходов там где доходы написаны категории услуг мы туда раз в месяц будем вносить суммы выручки. И туда в тот отдел надо добавить еще несколько услуг ( Авторские экскурсии , Конные прогулки .
