Help in Python, Python, Tkinter
I am studying Python and I need help in creating a Tkinter pattern. Basically, it is only necessary to design the interface with the form fields. The rest I will do myself.
Let me know if it is possible in Tkinter. I would just want the functions for the buttons to be above and the names of the objects in the comments for the fields. You can do it in one file or in several.
The only functionality was that the buttons added an additional line to these fields when pressing the plus sign and removing the line when pressing the basket sign. Tell me about how much it will cost and how much time it can take.

спасибо за ответ, ето не обязательно должно выглядеть именно так, можно и проще. Но главное чтобы это было приложением для Windows. может лучше сделать это в Kivy, тогда это также может работать для Android и iPhone?

Как бы вы предложили создать такую программу? Я бы предпочел html и php, но не знаю как превратить это в настольное приложение или приложение для iPhone и Android.

Ткинтер дает возможность создать графическое межумордие для скрипта.
Нужно помнить, что python интерпретируемый, соответственно скрипты в среднем медленнее, чем компилируемые в чистый машинный код программы, но быстрее поделий вроде похапе или жабий скрип.
В остальном все зависит от выбранной архитектуры и библиотек.
Ну и кол-ва времени на разработку тестирование.

Я считаю всетаkи для этого проекта лучше всего будет Kivy, поскольку я не знаю какие другие варианты позволят сделать приложение на android, iphone, а также на Linux, Mac и т. д
