Помощь в создании сайта на WordPress
На сайте есть форма заказа, которую должен заполнить клиент. Она содержит такие пункты как имя, фамилия, имейл, род работы(сделан в виде выпадающего списка), детальное описание, дедлайн и возможность прикреплять дополнительные файлы.
На сайте в панели управления заказами должен выплыть новый заказ в виде специального тикета. Для менеджера email будет зашифрован, видно будет только имя пользователя и фамилия. Однако он сможет вести переписку с клиентом через сайт. Все тикеты должны быть отсортированы по времени. Самые новые должны отображаться в самом верху. Должна быть возможность сортировки по: наличию/отсутствию ответа от клиента, по статусу, которые могут быть присвоены тикету менеджером (“В обработке”, “Ожидает подтверждения”, “Ожидает исполнителя” и т.д.).
Менеджер ведет переписку с клиентом на сайте, а сообщения будут приходить клиенту на почту в виде обычного имейла. Клиент должен иметь возможность ответить на это обычным имейлом(без перехода на сайт), который отобразится как ответ в его тикете.
