11 USD I need to register in the mobile application in the Netherlands while being in Ukraine, but it completely blocks access through a VPN.
I tried the paid Surfshark on my phone, using a dedicated IP address. I tried to do it through the same Shark via a hotspot from Windows to my phone. The IP address changes in the phone's browser, but the application always kicks me out at the start with «you are using a VPN» and does not allow access.
