You need to fix this moment, or put another screenshot. The main thing to work in Safari and other browsers is to turn sections. With a screen width below 1260 pixels should include the usual scrolling, the mobile version also the usual scrolling, and on the page of the specific news also the usual scrolling. Scrolling is now implemented. When changing the script should be as indicated above.

В хроме тоже только в полноэкранном режиме скрипт работает, без него только полоса прокрутки остается

Небольшое уточнение по ТЗ.
Во всех браузерах работает нормально. Проблема именно в Safari, там когда меньше 1260 пикселей делать окошко, то пропадает скроллинг вообще. Изначально он есть, но если уменьшить окно пропадает. Может надо поправить сам скрипт, может css. Если будете менять скрипт прокрутки, то она должна быть плавной, без подергиваний. При ширине менее 1260 пикселей включаться обычный скроллинг, на мобильных устройствах обычный скроллинг и при открытии новости тоже обычный скролл.

На сайте нужно наладить стили и скрипт. Так как везде проблема с прокруткой.
Стили дают одно, а скрипт блокирует прокрутку и получается нестыковка.
Тот же фаерфокс при разрешении менее 1360 уже не крутит, но проктурка есть.
