Формы к вакансиям
- Добавляем для каждой вакансии, кнопка со ссылкой + стилизируем кнопку.
Важно чтобы форма открывалась на пк и на телефоне
Форма header (Развернуть расположение на горизонтальное)
- Встраиваем форму с Битрикс24 + стилизируем форму, изменяем расположение полей на горизионтальные
Формы под видео
- Добавляем для каждой вакансии, кнопка со ссылкой + использует тот же стиль кнопки как для форм с вакансиями
- Как второй вариант, можно сделать
Форма footer
- Удаляем старую форму, добавляем стандартную форму с битрикс24, делаем заливку черным цветом, чтобы сливалось с цветом footera c контактами

Можно попробывать использовать плагин Anything Popup для вывода видео (не обязательно)
