Support Service Portal

General idea:

This is a web portal for a company that provides technical support (for example, printer setup, equipment maintenance, repairs). The platform allows clients to create service requests (issues), and staff to manage them.

User roles:

• Client – can create requests, add photos/videos, see the status of their requests.

• Technician – only sees requests assigned to them.

• Service manager – sees all requests, can assign performers (technicians).

• Administrator – has full access to all functions.

What has already been done:

• Backend fully implemented in Spring Boot.

• Frontend partially implemented in Nuxt 3 + Nuxt UI, but the code is poor quality and needs rewriting.

What needs to be implemented:

• Creating a new request (available only to clients).

• Uploading photos/videos (possible only while the request has draft status).

• When the request changes to open status, file uploads are prohibited, and only staff can view it.

• Requests in draft status are accessible only to the author (client).

• Client can change their request from draft to open.

• Staff (managers, technicians, administrators) can change the status to in progress, resolved, closed.

• Managers and administrators can assign performers to a request (other technicians or managers).

• Implement drag & drop board (kanban) for moving requests between columns.

• "My profile" page.

• User management pages (for administrators/managers).

Tech stack:

• Frontend: Nuxt 3, Nuxt UI, TypeScript, Composition API

• Backend: Spring Boot, GCS for media storage, fully developed API

• Authentication: sidebase/nuxt-auth with JWT

• Media: media files are uploaded to GCS, viewed or uploaded via backend

Conditions:
Looking for a developer who:

• Can rewrite (if needed) the existing Nuxt code (login page, dashboard, request creation form, etc.)

• Will implement the described logic

• Will bring the frontend to a final state for production release
