I am looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to create a professional design for a legal platform.
The project involves developing not just a "beautiful website," but a structured interface that simultaneously works on SEO and user convenience.
This is not a landing page, but a full-fledged content platform with a HUB → P1 → P2 → P3 architecture + blog, which will scale to 2000+ pages. The design must simultaneously work on E-E-A-T, trust, SEO, and a high conversion rate for applications.
Currently, the project is already in development with SEO specialists (SEO architecture of the site, interlinking map, etc.)
About the project
- CMS: WordPress (ACF + Gutenberg)
- Architecture: HUB → P1 → P2 → P3 → BLOG
- Scale: starting ~240 pages, expanding to 2000+
- Multilingual: UA / RU / EN
- Theme: legal services (YMYL)
- Functionality: Amelia Booking, consultation forms, etc.
Goal — to create a solid and professional design that:
- is easily scalable
- is user-friendly
- works on conversion
- highlights the lawyer's expertise and evokes maximum trust
What needs to be done
Develop a design system (UI kit), components, styles, dark/light theme:
- typography
- colors
- buttons
- forms
- cards
Design key page templates:
- main page
- HUB (service page)
- P1 / P2 / P3 (services / sub-services)
- article page (Blog)
- consultation booking page
- about us / team page
- pages for businesses and individuals (clear separation)
The design should be "block-based".
Details such as the exact number of pages will be agreed upon later.
Work on UX:
- logic of blocks
- content structure
- placement of CTAs
- user scenarios
- information hierarchy !!!
- Ensure:
- responsiveness (mobile-first)
- ease of scaling
- readability of large volumes of text
Candidate requirements
Mandatory:
- Experience in designing legal, financial, or medical websites (YMYL)
- Experience working with WordPress (ACF + Gutenberg)
- Strong UX skills (clear structure, trust, conversion elements) for content and SEO sites
- High level of UI (clean, professional, modern design)
- Experience with Figma + creating design systems
- Understanding of principles:
- information hierarchy
- conversion
- text readability
- Experience in creating design systems (not individual pages)
- Understanding the specifics of the legal theme (trust, expertise, absence of "cheap" appearance)
- Portfolio with relevant projects (must show)
Important
- think systematically (in templates, not individual screens)
- understand that the site will scale to 1000+ pages
- consider SEO architecture (HUB / P1 / P2 / P3)
- understanding of E-E-A-T principles in design (trust blocks, specialist profiles, cases)
- active team collaboration with the Client and Website Developer
Will be an advantage
- experience working with legal or YMYL projects
- experience designing platforms or marketplaces
- understanding of WordPress limitations (ACF + Gutenberg)
Collaboration conditions
- Format: project work
- Volume: 10–16 unique templates
- Term: 2–3 weeks
- Payment: in stages
- Budget: to be discussed
- Active communication (Zoom / Telegram).
In the response must indicate
- Examples of work (must be complex sites or platforms), preferably with legal/financial projects. (Figma cases will be an advantage).
- Briefly describe your approach: how do you ensure a balance between SEO requirements (lots of text) and UX convenience?
- Briefly — how do you build the page structure and how do you approach creating the structure and design system for large projects?
- Your expected budget for the entire scope of work.
I only consider candidates with relevant experience in YMYL topics and systematic thinking. Weak proposals and template responses will be ignored.
I am ready to collaborate with a strong designer who wants to create a truly high-quality and scalable product in the legal field.
Thank you for your attention!
