About Us

We operate in the niche of digital recruitment / lead-broking (providing candidates/models for collaboration to modeling agencies).
The current business model is as follows:

We drive traffic from Facebook to Instagram.
We receive applications from models.
Managers process them: Chat, Google form → call → verification → content collection.
The packaged model case is sold to the agency (transfer of contact, biography, etc.).

This is a high-margin business, but with high volatility: ROI can fluctuate from -100% to +1000%.

What Needs to Be Done

We need a specialist (or several) who can help close all (most just need recalibration) or several tasks:

Financial Model and Accounting
- Calculate unit economics: CAC, CPL, ROI, customer LTV, etc.
- Determine the cost of "one sold model".
- Prepare a profit/loss forecast in different scenarios.
- Build a revenue/expense accounting system (Google Sheets / Excel / BI).
Risk Management
- Determine the optimal size of the safety cushion (operating expenses).
- Set traffic limits and stop-loss for buyers.
- Write a reinvestment strategy and profit withdrawal rules.
- Diversification of risks: working with multiple channels and clients.
KPI and Motivation
- Build a KPI system for:
  - buyers (cost per application, traffic ROI),
  - managers (processing speed, % brought to call),
  - sales (average check, number of deals).
- Propose a bonus and payment system.
Automation and Control
- Develop a dashboard/table with key metrics.

Work Format

Consulting + ready model (Excel/Google Sheets).
Option: one person will close everything / or a team (financier + analyst + automator).
Deadline: (negotiable).
Payment: hourly or fixed for the project.

Final Result

Clear financial model of the business with key metrics.
Clear system of KPI and risk management.
Reporting and dashboard for monitoring profits and expenses.
Instructions: when to reinvest, when to withdraw profits, how much to keep in reserve.

We also attach to the project drafts of metrics in Google Sheets that already exist and with which, in theory, we will need to work as the main ones.
