The main source of events for the MVP is Finishers. General logic: Finishers → obtaining data about new events → AI processing and adaptation in Ukrainian → preview and approval by the administrator via Telegram bot → queue → automatic publication in Telegram and Facebook. It is important that in the final publication, the user is directed to the official website of the event/organizer or the official registration page, not to Finishers. Separately, I expect the contractor to propose a solution regarding photos for publications, taking into account automation and rights to use images. Also, before implementation, it is necessary to assess an acceptable and stable method for automated data retrieval from Finishers and possible alternatives in case of access restrictions. Possible stack: n8n, Make.com, OpenAI/Claude, Telegram Bot API, Meta API, Google Sheets/Airtable, or a simple database. I am open to considering other proposals.
