I have about 5 projects on GitLab. My main developer has access there, and when we connect new people for help - he gives access where needed.
But I am not satisfied with this.
I need a structure where I give everyone access, where no one can harm me, delete anything, etc.
Where a new developer does everything first on a test server and on test databases, and then everything is uploaded to the main one.
Where if someone leaves me - I just hire a new person and everything continues to work.
In simple terms, I need to bring order.
