Сначала нужно ограничивать размер лог файла и другие связанные с ним настройки. это прежде всего. потом надо расследовать что за домовой что такой гигантский лог генерирует. возможно понадобиться оптимизации какие то - может какой то кастомный плагин такое делает - сложно мне в этом вам что то посоветовать.
