**Key Responsibilities:**
- Searching and selecting potential clients/partners according to the target audience;
- Sending personalized cold emails or messages on social media;
- Maintaining further communication with potential clients to develop relationships;
- Establishing partnerships with influencers and companies;
- Analyzing communication results and providing regular reports.
**Requirements:**
- High level of communication skills, literacy in writing;
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of lead generation and communication;
- Experience with personalizing communications will be an advantage, but is not mandatory;
- Ability to work with tools for sending cold emails (e.g., Hunter, Reply.io) is a plus, but on-the-job training is possible.
