We are looking for an experienced system administrator for a one-time project collaboration. The task is to help systematize the technical part of the company to establish order and build a convenient, secure system for storing and transferring access credentials.
- Conduct an audit of all technical tools and services used by the company (offices, domains, hosting, CRM, email, advertising, etc.);
- Systematize all access credentials and passwords (create a logical, secure system for storing access credentials);
- Set up access levels for employees/freelancers;
- Check and optimize the security of accounts and mailboxes;
- If necessary, suggest more effective or secure solutions.
What we expect:
- Experience working with the technical infrastructure of small or medium-sized businesses;
- Ability to quickly understand the structure of access and propose a convenient system;
- Adherence to confidentiality;
- A positive attitude towards order and automation.
Collaboration format:
- One-time project;
- Online work (all communication takes place remotely);
- Duration: preferably within 1-2 weeks;
- Budget — discussed individually, depending on the scope.
