Need a specialist for article placement and multi-level link building

Good day!

I am looking for a specialist to perform the following tasks:

1. Placement of 4 articles (Tier-1) with dofollow links

We will provide the text of the articles. Placement in blogs, through press releases, etc.—at your choice.

Criteria for platforms:

• The site must be in the top-10 for its main keyword and top-1 for the brand/domain.
• The minimum number of outgoing links on the page with the article.
• The domain age must be at least 3 years.
• DA and other metrics do not matter.
• Placement region—Ukraine (other regions may be possible if good metrics are available).
• Payment for placement must be one-time, without monthly payments.

2. For each of the 4 Tier-1 articles, there should be 20 links

Just not backlinks from pages with 1000 outgoing links. Overall, not blatant junk, but top-notch from what can be obtained with minimal effort. Region Ukraine or Ukrainian-language page.

3. Placement of additional articles (Tier-2) with dofollow links on each of the 4 Tier-1 articles

The criteria are the same as for Tier-1, except for the requirement for top-10 for the main keyword. Top-1 only for the brand/domain will be sufficient.

4. For each of the tier-2 articles, run through a chrummer or whatever is relevant today

All possible automated link building on tier-2 articles. The region does not matter, but preferably Ukraine.

Conditions:

• Please indicate the cost of your work excluding the cost of placing Tier-1 and Tier-2 articles.
• After selecting the platforms, payment for placement will be separate.
• If everything is okay, we will repeat this process 6-8 times throughout the year.
• It is highly desirable to perform the work gradually over the month, not in 1-2 days—placing one Tier-1/Tier-2 article per week and starting their link building.
