We are looking for an experienced targetologist to set up and launch advertising for two interrelated B2B products:
Audit of the energy resilience of communities (high-cost service for local government bodies).
Training course for preparation for the Audit of the energy resilience of communities (entry product, lower price).
The target audience is territorial communities of Ukraine, energy managers, representatives of local authorities, energy efficiency and recovery specialists.
Advertising budget: $500 per month (≈ 20,000 UAH).
What needs to be done (one-time setup + 1 month of support):
Complete setup of the advertising account in Meta Ads Manager (2026).
Installation and verification of Meta Pixel + Conversions API (CAPI).
Creation of 2 campaigns:
- Main for sales/leads of the course (Advantage+ Sales / Leads).
- Retargeting for audit (cold → warm → hot).
Setup of Advantage+ Audience + CBO (broad targeting 2026).
Creation of 2 Instant Forms (Lead Ads) + checklists/webinars as lead magnets.
Preparation of 8–12 creatives (Reels 15–30 sec + carousels) at the start.
Strategy for the first month + recommendations for further scaling.
Expected result: 8–18 quality leads per month at CPL 1000–1800 UAH.
Requirements for the performer:
Experience with Advantage+ Audience and CBO in 2026.
Mandatory experience in B2B / education / consulting / government projects (not just consumer goods!).
Portfolio with 2–3 cases (CPL, number of leads, ROAS).
Willingness to sign a contract and work through a secure platform agreement.
