Якщо у вас приспособа має однаковий крок то зміщення у першій деталі буде вести за собою зміщення й інших так? Ви хочете щоб кожна деталь перевизначалась перед фарбуванням? Яким чином потрібно передавати координати на принтер?

Dmitro K. 27 August 2023Є велика доля ймовірності що таке у вас не вийде організувати. Діло у тому що принтер та програма до нього повинна мати опцію зворотнього зв'язку. Зазвичай вона йде з лазерами, фрезерами але не з друком ( можу помилятись).
Досвід роботи з схожими речима говорить що варто звернути увагу на сам шаблон, якість виконання, допуски, визначення нулів та правильність базування приспособи...
У вас всі деталі мають однакове зміщення чи кожна по своєму?

Я не зможу Вам по переписке розповісти всі нюанси. Принтер нам не треба. Є у нас макет для печаті по координата на 108 деталей і є опока така сама, з такими же координатами. Но із-за того, що деталі мають трошки різний розмір +- 0,1-0,2мм, координати фактичні деталей змінюються на ці десятки. Тому я хочу, щоб опоку з деталями сканувати або фотографувати і за допомоги якоїсь программи, совміщати координати фактичного положення деталей з макетом, а потім цей файл відправляти в друк, щоб фарбування було точно, без зміщення.
