Эта цифра далека от реальности, но именно по ней судит Гугл.

Добрый вечер. Могу глянуть LCP. Решить вопрос, можно без влияния на другие параметры сайта. Пейджспид, только выростет в итоге.
Смещение макета, особо не играет никакой роли, особенно при небольшом смещении, и обычно свидетельствует о слайдере в шапке сайта.
Конечно лучше бы глянуть на сайт, прежде чем делать окончательное предложение.
