увеличь, 2 минути работы... Поменяеш обратно если не поможет. С опкенкартом работаю каждый день, при большом кол-ве товара (100к+) на норм сервере всегда выбирает эта ошибка, решается увеличением...

Если быть точнее - нужно увеличить буфер mysql, ну это уже готовый ответ для решения задачи.
