In-depth analysis of the target audience. Conducting customer development to create products (tripwire to mastermind, tripwire to the course on architectural psychology, and the course on architectural psychology itself) 1 product = approximately 10 customer developments
Creating a product matrix
Writing the program for the main product and tripwire, determining the format that is convenient for the audience (video, text, where and how the lessons will be, etc.)
Developing and writing detailed scripts for lead magnets that will sell these products (collecting meaningful video content through the analysis of customer developments). There should be several videos that will sell the product
Writing scripts for selling events (selling webinars and live broadcasts)
MAIN PRODUCT (let's say, a course on architectural psychology or a mastermind. It is expensive and provides the main profit. Its program is created and edited primarily through customer developments). Solves a complex problem (for example, for a designer - finding more expensive clients and increasing income by improving the quality of their services)
TRIPWIRE - a cheap product that solves a specific problem for the target audience (for example, how to find clients using all methods (to the mastermind) or how to minimize revisions, needs analysis method (to the course on architectural psychology). The result of the tripwire is that a person implemented the information and solved the problem specifically, felt a quick result. The low price and high value of the product encourage the purchase of the main product without regret)
