Якісь вимоги не узгоджені між собою. Навіщо і ТН (тепловий насос), і кондиціонер, якщо ТН - це 2 в 1? Навіщо ТН, якщо збираєтесь використати електричні нагрівальні елементи. Відчуваю, що моїх освіти та досвіду не вистачає для розуміння Ваших вимог.

Вітаю ну це ви вже перейшли до деталей які потрібно буде узгоджувати коли приступимо до розробки і ймовірно враховуючи досвід та знання спеціаліста будуть внесені зміни. Тільки в одній кімнаті кондиціонер-тепловий насос він не канальний, а локальний, для опалення в тому числі, а в інших двох кімнатах інфрачервоні обігрівачі. при відкритих дверях в кімнати температура буде вирівнюватись відповідно нема потреби, щоб обігрівачі вмикались, якщо буде досягнуто необхідної температури тепловим насосом. Так як тепловий насос має більшу ефективність відповідно він в приорітеті якщо не справлятиметься то інфрачервоні обігрівачі на допомогу.
