Ищем человека, который хорошо разбирается в datatables.js и php.
Таблицы админки одного из наших проектов построены именно с помощью этой библиотеки, необходимо будет настроить их корректную работу с БД, из которой как раз и приходят данные в эти таблицы.

если таблицы ожидаемо тупят на больших данных и на мобильных девайсах то придется подтягивать через AJAX но при это перестанет работать остальной функционал требующий наличия полного набора данных на странице.
Уже проходил это с одним заказчиком падким на нынешнюю яваскриптовую моду.
Советую поменять требования в ТЗ на "выкинуть это говно и сделать нормальны класический вывод".
