ТЗ:
Требуются различные доработки уже частично передоработанных плагинов Invoices и Finance для Redmine. Примеры:
* В инвойсах добавить возможность прикреплять файлы к закрытым счетам.
* В инвойсах добавить ед измерения количества (шт/кг/км/м3/м2 итд)
* В инвойсах добавить возможность заполнять дополнительную информацию для периодических счетов за коммунальные услуги(период/количесво/ед изм)
* Автоматизировать создание финансовых операций в Finance после получения инвойсом статуса "Оплачен"
* В инвойсах добавить возможность создания постоплатного инвойса, т.е. инвойса у которого последовательность смены статусов следующая Черновик – Согласовано – Товар получен – Утверждено – Оплачен
* В Finance добавить операцию "перевод" с одного счета на другой и т.д. и т.п.
