Максим, набросайте эскиз хотя бы от руки, с размерами. И опишите что вам именно нужно. Из описа́ния не совсем понятно. По другим Вашим заказам имеем доп информацию о размере фрезерного стола. Но давайте без игры в "элементарно, Ватсон".
Дайте эскиз изделия от руки, опишите что нужно на выходе: модель, присадка, карта раскроя, поклейка кромки, списки фурнитуры, списки деталей.
Материал 16 мм не о чем не говорит. Односторонний, двусторонний, ламинированный, под покраску, для пленки и т.д.
После рассмотрения условий конструктора сами предложат Вам свои цены.

Ни рисовать, ни чертить не умею, поэтому прошу простить за "художества".
Должно выглядеть как на фото, только с ящиками.
При чем ящики должны являться составной частью "низа", чтобы отсоединив "верх" от "низа" ,верх можно было использовать как шкафчик над раковиной или покупатель смог бы заказать тумбу (верх+низ) и отдельно верх, как шкафчик.
