Как я и говорил в описании, не нужно будет говорить все 8 часов, нужно будет лишь быть в состоянии выйти на разговор в это время. В среднем будет 3-4 разговора по 20-30 минут.

В обе стороны. Нужен переводчик в разговоре. Но большую часть придется переводить с англ на рус.

Понятно. Как и сказал фрилансер выше, это маленькая оплата за сурдо-перевод) Вы поймите, если даже считать, что занятость в общем час-два, то 500 рублей это очень мало. Обычно час работы сурдо-переводчика от 20$ и выше за час. И то, этьо еще зависит от знаний и опыта переводчика. То есть это самая минимальная оплата.
