Программа должна отслеживать номера которые вайбер заблокировал и отключать их, современем они разблокируютс и их опять можно использовать.
Как я это вижу, программа регистрирует 500 аккаунтов. отправляет сообщение на 1-3 номеров из базы после переключается на другой аккаунт и так же отправляет 1-3 сообщения, и так 500 раз, а потом по кругу, пока не заблокируют один из аккаунтов, когда заблокируют, нужно чтоб программа его отключила и докупила вместо него новый аккаунт.
Выводить отчет сколько и на какие номера доставлено сообщений, сколько сообщений перешли по ссылке, сколько пожаловались на сообщение.
В общем нужен качественный рассыльщик для viber.
Размещаться должен на сервере. т.к. говорят что программу с компьютера viber быстро блокирует.
