After scanning the QR code, the user is directed to a personal invitation page with a welcome message, a greeting by name, a photo and a message from the CEO, a countdown to the event, and a participation confirmation button.
After confirming participation, the user goes through a short step-by-step registration:
- will come / will not come;
- vehicle information (make and number, if applicable);
- dietary preferences.
After registration, a personal participant page is displayed with confirmed status, event information, a personal QR code or ID for entry, and other event details. The user should be able to reopen their page via the personal link and see the current registration status.
An administrative panel needs to be implemented with the following capabilities:
- view all guests;
- search by name and phone;
- filter by statuses (confirmed, declined, VIP, with vehicle, etc.);
- view guest responses;
- mark actual attendance at the event;
- export data to Excel or Google Sheets.
Additionally, it is desirable to implement Telegram notifications for new registrations and support for VIP guest statuses.
The design should be premium and minimalist: dark color scheme, large margins, neat typography, mobile device adaptation. The main registration scenario should take no more than 30–40 seconds.
