Программа на Delphi распознавание автомобильного номера
50 USDЭто будет курсовой проект. Мне нужен сам модуль поиска и распознавания номера, все остальное я сам добавлю (тоесть нужен исходник). Я уже добавлю добавление в базу данных и т.д.
В идеале программа работает так: датчик движения срабатывает и камера делает фото. Затем расспознает (распознавание наверное в паралельном потоке).
Камера стоять будет на дороге. тоесть фото снизу.
А теперь как это будет все происходить на презентации курсового:
Нужно показать что камера работет (будет вебкамера показывать картику на форме), и по нажатию на батон (это имитация срабатывания датчика движения) чтобы делала фото и показывала в отдельном маленьком image.
Демонстрация работы будет происходить так: фото будет подгружатся отдельно, не с того что камера сняла, и затем уже распознаватся.

Если курсовой, может быть, оно за пятьдесят usd и «проконает». Но если это (не дай боже) будет продакшн, там одна обкатка этой системы раз в десять больше потянет.
