насчет прогрева - это емейл-инфоцыган наслушались с курсами по mailwizz interspire pmta? в жизни это не работает.
тот же гугл убъёт "прогретый" домен на первых нескольких тысячах емейлов и жалоб с них. не встречал решений прогреть что либо на com, кроме некоторых случаев с smtpтипа amazon ses. а вот на .ru зону решений хватает, в том числе и с корпоративными доменными почтами мейлру/яндекс. советы-обсуждения - в личку
