Description:
We’re LScale.io - a fast-growing AI Automation Agency working with SMB clients in the US & Europe (HVAC, medical, cleaning, restaurants, etc). We implement AI agents to automate sales, lead generation & customer communication.
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Solution Lead who can confidently run client demos, structure requirements, coordinate onboarding & implementation, and help scale subscription revenue.
This is a Part-time (10–20 hrs/week) position to start, with a transition to full-time within 1–3 months as the client pipeline grows.
Responsibilities
Run discovery/demo calls with SMB clients (English)
Understand client processes and translate them into AI agent workflows
Prepare and follow up on proposals, lead clients to subscription/payment
Coordinate pilot deployments with our tech team
Ensure successful Go-Live and client retention
Upsell and convert clients to yearly subscriptions
Keep CRM and project tools updated
Compensation
Base $800/month to start (Part-time)
Performance-based bonuses for closed deals, subscriptions and upsells
Typical total earnings after ramp-up: $3 000–4 000+/month
Transparent compensation structure shared during the interview
This role starts part-time and transitions to full-time as the client pipeline grows. As you help close more deals, both your scope and earnings increase accordingly.
Requirements
3–7 years as PM / Account / Solution / Sales Engineer in IT, SaaS, or agency
B2+ English, excellent communication
Comfortable leading demos and structuring solutions
Familiarity with CRM, chatbots, SaaS, or no-code tools
Commercial mindset, not just task tracking

We provide full onboarding and product training during your first weeks so you can quickly learn our platform, flows, and AI scenarios. You don’t need to be an AI expert from day one — we’ll teach you what’s needed to succeed.
